Hi,
When watching the phone network with Wireshark I found all my devices sent a subscribe then a 407 error happens followed by another subscribe with a 489 error. With the 407 error, I am not able to find what setting is requiring the proxy auth since nothing is set up on the system to require a proxy. The 489 error I did some research and found that it is an allow-events issue but I cannot find a list of events that 3cx allows. Is there a list available? If not how do I track down which even is causing the error. The events wireshar shows is: message-summary, dialog, call-info, line-seize. Our system runs off a PRI not a SIP trunk and our phones are Fanvil brand. Let me know if you need additional information and what kind.
