Delete the DID you have already added to the system, then try adding it again as follows:
1) In the Management Console expand SIP Trunks and highlight the Trunk Name
2) Go to the "DID" tab.
3) Here add the DID but instead of adding the full number write * at the beginning followed by the last 8-9 digits, e.g. *692069035, then press "Add"
4) Press OK to conform the change to the Trunk.
5) The new DID should now how shown up again under Inbound Rules.
6) Adjust the Inbound Rule and see if it works this time around.
