487 Request Terminated

Why would I get 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5488 and 487 Request Cancelled/INVITE from the public IP:5069 when I page the phones in a page group. It doesn't do this to all the extensions.

what phones are you using? are they on the latest firmware? Does this happen only with one phone? How are the phones in the paging group provisioned? (Local, via SBC, Stun)
Also can you elaborate a bit on what exactly is happening? You page a group but it doesn't open the phones speaker?

The phones are provisioned local and the firmware is up to date. There are 30 phones in the paging group and about half of the phones speakers don't open up

What phones are you using in this paging group (brand,model) and what ring strategy are you using for the paging group (Paging or Paging Multicast)?
Also which version of the PBX are you running?

Yealink SIP-T42S phones and I am using page. PBX version 15.5

How many phones can be in a ring group ? I currently have 30 in the one that isn't working right.
