Hello,
I am using a self-hosted 3CX V20.0.995 SP9 system with a BASIC 4SC Free license.
I am currently unable to access the Admin Console because my public IP is reported as blacklisted.
The important point is that:
I understand that Free/4SC users normally need to wait 24 hours for a blacklist to expire. However, in my case the issue persists after 24+ hours and even after a clean reinstall and backup restoration.
Could a 3CX staff member please advise whether this is a persistent/global blacklist, another security mechanism, or something that needs to be cleared by 3CX?
I would really appreciate assistance in restoring access to my system.
Thank you.

The important point is that:
- More than 24 hours have already passed since the blacklist occurred.
- I have already performed a completely clean 3CX reinstall.
- I restored my existing backup after the reinstall.
- The same blacklist problem still exists.
- Fail2Ban is not installed on the server.
- I also checked the server firewall rules and cannot find a rule blocking my public IP.
- I have access to my 3CX Customer Portal account and can see the system/license there.
- I also cannot recover the System Owner password because the password-reset email is not being received.
