5060 and 5090 firewall ports

Both ports are set to forward to my PBX - all others are fine they where also blocked until I setup port forwarding rules - it’s just these two that are erroring - ISP is plusnet in the UK

What type of router/firewall are you using ? Does it, perhaps, do port remapping?

It’s just a standard router provided by plusnet, the other ports for media where also blocked but I setup port forwarding for those to my local PBX and the test came back as successful, I have tried setting up both UDP and TCP for 5060 and 5090 in separate rules, spent a few hours trying to fiddle with the settings to no avail.

This is the 8th system I have setup so I kind of know what I am doing but none of the others had this same issue

When I run the firewall test the port the mapping port sequentially increases every time to 20008 the resets back to 20000

Were you using the same router in the other setups? It kinda sounds like a router issue. You might ask Plusnet if they know why it would be remapping the ports, or try to get the actual manufactures make/model, if they are simply branding someone else's router. It doesn't have a built-in ATA does it?
