Yesterday around 10:30am EST our 3CX server started failing to send VM emails to our users using the 3CX SMTP Server. We are getting the error 535: 5.7.0 Denied in the logs. I was able to switch over to a custom SMTP setup and the emails for VMs began to work again. We have not changed our IP on the server and I verified our license is active. I verified the FQDN and Public IP return the same expected IP. Then yesterday into today all VM emails showed in the logs "The following error occurred when trying to send an email with subject ‘New Voicemail from XXXXXXXX - XXXXXXXXX’ to ‘XXXXXXX@XXXX’ : 535: 5.7.0 Denied" with the error code 50026. Is there a know issue with the 3CX SMTP Server at the moment?

Appreciate and help/feedback on what may have happened here, thanks!

I did but after rereading it, I now do see the machine and the 3cx application public IP do not match. Its been probably almost a year since we had to do an IP switch on this machine so that's odd that the issue just popped up now. I will work to get the 3cx and the linux box on the same public IP. Thank you!
