6RC1 and restore backup - where?

I seem to be unable to find it. Due significant changes (32 to 64 bit) I reinstalled the computer. The 6RC1 seems not to have a place to restore a backup, or to make a backup. Where is it?

Found Ah, this sort of DOES make sense - i mean, aplying a backup sort of removes everything the web app needs

Maybe you should leave the point in and just have an explanation page there For those of us being a little older with your system.
