I'm not sure if this is a question for the 3CX forums or Grandstream forums, but I'll post it here anyways..
We are using Grandstream GXP2100 phones and are wondering if it's possible for the paging beep to be present when doing extension-to-extension paging (*9 then extension). When we do a paging ring group, the beep comes through on the sets just fine; however, we would prefer there to be a beep to announce the page if a user executes a page through the *9 dial code.
If we disable the *9 dial code completely, the paging ring group no longer works so it appears it's either all or nothing.
Any help would be appreciated!
