911 Distribution group

I have a group called 911@domain and 90% of the group gets the emails but the rest fail. Is there something I am missing or is there a limit on the amount of people the group can deliver to within 3cx?

What is your SMTP in 3CX?

3CX will send to an email address and its your receiving server doing the distribution so you should be looking at the receiving server logs.

This issue is with your email server, as the system is receiving the email. The email server will expand the distribution group and send the email to each individual email address.
