I have a meeting with a potential client on Friday and the concern is 911 because they have some locations in Ohio and some location in Tennessee.
We were going to put the main unit in Ohio and then put VOIP phones in the other 13 locations. The issue is if we put the DID number into the extension does it get passed to 911?
Anyone doing this now with Spectrum (Time Warner)?
I spoke to 3cx tech support and they said it matter on what they do with the number they receive.
