999 calls 999

Hello!
Can anyone help:
In our 3CX the voicemail 999 calls 999 (see screenshot). The call will not stop until the services are restarted. No human starts this call.
What is the reason for this behaviour?

I'd look at the log files to see where this originates from.

Hopefully you are not based in the UK as this is also the emergency services number for the UK so you should look at changing this on your PBX.

999 is the UK emergency number (like 112 or 911).

Go to "Settings" then "PBX settings" then "emergency numbers" and see if 999 is listed there?

Though, if you have anyone from the UK, Ireland, and a whole host of commonwealth countries, then I would advise NOT making 999 your voicemail number...

The 3CX is in Germany. emergency is 112 or 110.
Per default, 999 is the voicemail with german 3CX settings.

Check your call reports for that time. Do you see an attempt from anyone trying to call 999?
