999 Notifications

Is it possible to have 999 notifications sent based on the 999 number rule?
E.g. if extension group A calls 999 the manager of A gets an email and if Ext group B call 999 the manager of B gets the email as opposed to both getting emails for any calls to 999

Im assuming you mean emergency services and not the voicemail.

you can modify notifications here:

You need to define 999 as the emergency number under General Settings.

You can use the notification settings @kieferschild mentioned but they are only for chat. You cannot do the same for emails I'm afraid.

Do bear in mind though that the email does contain the number dialed and the extension that made the call so the Group Managers will know if the call was made from the group they manage or not.
