Solved _i18n.ReconnectTime_i18n.TryNow hosted instance stuck

we have tried to build a hosted instance but when accessing the page we see:

_i18n.ReconnectTime_i18n.TryNow

instance is showing green and running, but page below shows this

I can see that you have powered it off now.
Before the power off, we were able to reach the machine and the services were all up and running.
Can you please clarify?

hi no it was offline as it was created, we tried a reboot but still the same.

its blank so trying to remove it and recreate a fresh one to see how that goes

oddly deleting the instance and creating a new one has brought back the same error

@cwindle edit your last response and remove the FQDN as eveyone can see it.
I have checked this machine, I connected with ssh and there is no issue.
Can you check from your side ?
Also try from another browser.

it looks like its being blocked by our filtering oddly. works on unfiltered device
