Hello,

A specific user cannot register audio (on configuring holiday) on web management console.

She have an error before register the file. The error is "Audio file should be WAV format".

I try to specify .wav file, i try to don't touch anything.

The computer was same as others (physically), the computer was freshly reinstalled and the problem was same.

The same user on another computer work.

Hello @IT_VBO

As far as i can see in the screenshot the name of the file is missing a "."
So the name should be xsc.wav

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard under the information column. Also what is the browser you are using?

On old computer, on Google Chrome.

PBX Version : Professional Annual 15.5.13103.5License

Can you use Google Chrome on the PC that is exhibiting the issue and see if that makes a difference?

I was cheated by the problem present on chrome before the computer clear re-install.

Now work with Google Chrome.
