At our office we use 3cx version 11. We use several phones, including the Aastra 6739i.
The 39i has been removed from the templates and we haved solved this to add the 6739i to the default templates for Aastra.
This workaround works well(we also have some problems with BLF) but our 3cx company phonebook is not accessible from this phone. The other phones works fine.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
In the template I use this directory:
# The "directory 1" field specifies the filename which contains the Company Direcory (3CXPS System-Wide Phonebook). The provisioning template sets this value to "aastra_phonebook.csv", which is filename for the phonebook generated by 3CXPS in Aastra-compatible format.
