Aastra 6731i - DND will not go off

One phone is in DND mode and will not turn DND off - tries *79 and tried the button assigned to DND - neither works. Any suggestions? Thank you

MIght be a few issues:

*78 is the default code used by Aastra to put the phone into DND, *79 to turn off.
*61 is the default code used by 3CX to signal that the extension is in DND (*60 to turn off).

I do not know how the phones were provisioned, but possibly a later template may have changed the phone code to match that of 3CX.

In any event, you can try both codes and you could change one side or the other (phone or extension(3CX)) so that they both match and try again. Otherwise, you may need to use the phone web interface and/or do a phone reset and re-provision to include a commonality of the template and 3CX default setting for both.
