Aastra MBU 400 and 420d handset

Has anyone successfully paired the Aastra MBU 400 base unit with 3CX. If so, did you use the 420d handset and how did it work? Any tips or is it straight forward?

Also, I'm looking for alternatives that would have multiple base units so the phones can hop around the bases. We would like to cover the warehouse with DECT type phones and avoid putting in a WiFi network for various reasons.
