I have my 3CX set up with a trunk to voip.ms. Calling is working fine, however, SMS is not. Outgoing SMS messages are showing as sent (green tick), and no errors, however, the messages are never received at the other end. I intially contacted voip.ms for troubleshooting. They sent some test messages which I received, and I was able to reply to them. However, when I started a new SMS message, it would again show as sent, but never reached the recipient. There are no log entries to suggest any errors. The configuration on both voip.ms and 3cx are correct according to all the instructions. Voip.ms couldn't find any issues and referred me back to 3CX support. The fact I can receiver SMS and reply suggest the configuration is correct, however, new messages are not working. Any ideas?
