About Call Sound Problem

We use 3CX IP PBX. Recently, there was a problem in the system that I could not find a solution for anywhere. When making a domestic call, the sound does not come and go for the first 5-10 seconds after being answered. That is, it either goes across but does not come to us, or it comes to us and does not go across. Since the issue is urgent, I expect your help and wish you a good work.

Sounds like internet problems, not 3CX.

Not for outside calls. There is a problem with inside calls.
