About Chat reports !!

Hello 3CX Teams,
1. I just want to know about chat reports in V20 and when we will get it ?
2. Just clarified about backup and restore in V18 to V20 , you guys define that System Owner need specific email for that and existing users need email or not . Email is just need to create new users or existing ?

Users dont have to be set up with an email. but if they dont have an email they cannot log in to apps

So , user credentials is the same as V18 ?

If youre migrating then nothing would change in that respect. But you must have unique email addresses for all extensions
