About TLS protocol

I want to ask something about TLS protocol.
We are currently running with version 20.
from the operator's side, when we add cloud SIP under our existing call center, they use TLS protocol and we use UDP.
The problem is that Cloud SIP wasn't registered.
When I asked the operator to open UDP protocol ,it was registered. As far as I read on the documentations , it said that needs custom FQDNs, SSL certificates, and domains are needed.
In our existing system, can we bind SSL certificates with domains and use them, or do we have to rebuild the entire system?

TLS and UDP are two different things used for different purposes. 3CX uses both TLS and UDP. TLS is encryption (previously SSL). UDP is the communication protocol that is protected (encrypted) using TLS.

3CX by default will create a FQDN for you and uses "Let's Encrypt" to create the TLS certificate (commonly called an SSL certificate but it is really a TLS certificate) automatically. Unless you are providing your own certificate, 3CX will do all this for you. All you need to do is open the correct ports on your firewall.
