Accept external call when DND

Hello,

I would like to know if we can allow a number (external) to disturb someone in DND mode ?

For example the manager's status is DND but he's waiting a call from someone, is there a way if we know the number to make his phone rings even if the DND mode is ON ?
For internal call i've find the solution with the paging way but not for external numbers.

Hope i've been clear, i'm french ^^
