Access denied when trying to edit files on aws instance

Hi everyone,

I've setup an aws 3cx instance which is currently using a free license for testing purposes.

I would like to access the server via sftp in order to manage files but I'm getting access denied.

Would someone be able to explain how I go about doing this and which credentials I need to use, I've tried the admin account with the original and new password but couldn't get it to work.

Please note that SFTP access to your instance is not something that 3CX controls however if you followed the 3CX guide you should have all the necessary information to be able to access your AWS instance. https://www.3cx.com/docs/cloud-pbx-amazon-aws/
