Accessing Blacklist File?

Hi,

We'd like to be able to let users of our in-house softphones blacklist numbers without logging into the management console. Is there a file of blacklisted numbers on the pbx's server we can get the softphone software to write to?

Hi,

there is one solution, as long as it is okay, that the blacklisting only takes effect on one extension: Use the "exceptions" inside the forwarding rules. Those are quite easy to configure for each user.
I don't know about the solution you were asking for.

Hi Frank,

That does seem like a pretty good solution, but we'd ideally like to be able to access the list of blacklisted numbers (whether it's the official number blacklist, or the list of exceptions) without having to go through the console.
