Accidentally set all extensions to user

As title says, I was trying to change some settings in groups and i somehow accidentally changed my admin account to user.

Now I cant change any account to system owner or really cant change any accounts role at all, they all default to user and the drop down is greyed out.

I cant delete anyone from groups.

I have tried creating new groups, new users, still cant make anyone higher then user.

You will need to access the management console as admin and change permissions that way. Once you change yours you will be able to edit other users.
