When I scanned the QR code, the settings of the Account is taking only the Public IP of the PBX. Which means that I can use the Android APP only on the Public IP when I am outside office.
How Can I configure it to take the internal IP when I am inside office and the Public IP when I am outside office

On your 3cx management console select the extension in question. Then under the phone provisioning tab select "3cx App" and set "Network interface for registration and provisioning" to your 3cx local ip in the drop down. Save this then send yourself a new email or re-scan the QR code on the extension page.

Hi @jadantoun

Firstly, confirm this is actually the case by clicking Manage Account within the app, and check that Local PBX and External PBX are the same.

If so, the follow the above steps by @3C Technology and this will ensure that the private IP will also be included. (The public FQDN is always included by default so don't worry about that).

If not as I said above, you may have to check your LAN and see whether the IP range your mobile receives is able to communicate with the range that your PBX has in the LAN. (Assuming the PBX is a local installation inside your office).
