"Account Temporarily Blocked" Hot Desking

Hi all, tried setting up a hot desk phone for the first time and while I was able to test and successfully login with two other users, one of the users gets the "Account Temporarily Blocked" error.. The user has the permission to hot desk.

This message usually indicates that the user entered wrong voicemail PIN more than 3 times in a row (either when logging into HD or his mailbox). Wait for 15 minutes at least and try again.

Wow, I didn't know it did that! I guess we learn something everyday!

Would be great if this was documented tho, for future reference. I don't think that's even in the Academy courses (last I checked), which go deeper.

Hot desking is no longer part of the 3CX Academy.
