Tried searching for an answer to this, but wanted to post here as well while I continue the search.

Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 878 Beta):
Is there an option to logout a user from the Queue if they miss a queue call?

Thanks

This isn’t possible with 3CX’s built-in tools.

If it's not a 3CX SMB or multitenant a rough method could be to have the queue route the call to a CFD app - which only happens when no agent answers the call. The CFD app could then identify all users who are logged in and currently not on a call and have the status available and remove them as agents from the queue.
This is a very radical method, but it is possible.

There is not a built-in action in 3CX you can configure, but you may want to take a look at our 3CX Auto Logout tool.

One of the things you have to consider are callers who hang up within a second or two of joining the queue where there was not enough time to answer the call. We do not want to log agents out in that scenario

This looks like it would work out great.

And your correct, I am looking for something that will log them out once it reachings the end of the "Ring Time" Currently set to 25 seconds.
