activation.3cx.com is not reachable

I was trying transfer 3cx system to new computer
but when i try to install I get the error : activation.3cx.com not reachable
Then i stuck at installing 3cx system .
I try set dns at 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
but can't resovle this problem
and i try to ping activation.3cx.com and I get this message
activation.3cx.com is not reachable

Do you mean you took a backup, re-installed 3CX on a new machine and tried to restore the backup? If yes, what version of 3CX are you trying to install? Activation.3cx.com is no longer the FQDN for activation so make sure you've downloaded the latest 3CX ISO or Windows installation file from the 3CX portal.
