We had an old 3CX key, it expires on the 13th.
When trying to replace the old key with a new one, an error appeared saying it's impossible to replace a commercial key. On the 3CX forums, it says you need to delete the old key from the account portal, specify the new one in the configuration backup file, and then restore it.
I did that, but during the restoration attempt, it complained about: Invalid reply (LicenseContactName) – incorrect user, but I checked – the data in both the configuration file and the 3CX account portal were the same.
I installed a trial system, tried to install new key on a fresh system and when trying to add the key, it says the key is already installed somewhere.
I deleted the system from the customer portal, and it's no longer there. I restored the server from a backup; it's currently running, but I can't do anything with the licenses.
