Using 3cx V9 SP4

I'd like to undestand the following that appeared in my 3cx Activity Log yesterday. I think it's another VOIP system (asterisk) trying to connect to my 3cx server and make a call to an external number but, I'm not sure if I'm right about this. I'd like confirmation of my understanding or, if possible, the correct explanation. It will let me know if I need to do anything. I have removed my IP address for security.

Any suggestions for actions I might need to take will be most welcome.

If you detected it just yesterday, then block this IP.
