Ad hoc conference call

HI All, It's me again.

I am planning to start heavily using conference calls, but only via dial in and not using the sofphone to control it.

As the conference owner, how can I mute the mics of those coming in avoiding them to speak without authorization?

The easiest way to control a conference is by using the web client. Schedule a conference and as users start dialling in they will appear in your scheduled conference menu with the option to mute their mics or terminate their call.
