Does 3CX have the ability to create ad-hoc conferences (three way phone call)? Meaning:
When on a call, press conf button,
Then dial number to conf in,
Answer number dialed and let them know you want to conf them in,
Press the conf button to join the new caller to the original caller and yourself.

This is a VERY common feature, our VERY OLD Toshiba PBX has this feature...

You'd think it possible, but a second "flash' (using an ATA, SPA2102), just completes an attended transfer.

My Yealinks have a CONF button which allows me to join two lines together...
Pretty cool.

I think that it is also true for Cisco, Grandstream, Polycom, Aastra, Snom etc.
