Add or remove members on Group Chats

It would be super functional to be able to add and delete members from an existing chat group.

As it is now, once a chat group is created you are unable to make adjustments to the register of people.
If you want to add someone you need to create a whole new group.

You're quite right with regards to v16, however as of v18 Alpha 4, it will be possible to add/remove participants.
