Add phone of colleague during his vacation

Hello,

During the vacation of a colleague I am sitting at his desk and have to take this phone AND mine.
How can I temp. add his phone to mine in 3cx windows client.
Diverting is not a solution, as I am sitting at his desk and therefore this phone does not react in 3cx windows client.

Hi @Steffen Maier,

If you are the admin of your PBX, you can log in to the management console and find your colleagues extension (password can be edited in the management console or QR code can be scanned for mobile clients) - you'll have a range of choices to answer his extension from, such as a separate Web Client in an incognito window (or another browser), in a Windows Client while you use the browser extension (or visa versa) or on a mobile client.
