Hi,
I have one trunk with multiple phone numbers configured. These different numbers go to different scripts deciding to which extension it gets transfered. That all works fine.
But I now have the following situation:
We have a new number to which some customers can call during other hours compared to our "known/normal" number. This is for support purposes. It will happen that we have to call them back. We would like to do that using the same new number that they used to call us. We can do that using a prefix outbound rule. However, most of the users of our 3CX system just tap the number that last called them and call it back. That however makes them call using the "standard" number.
Is it somehow possible to add a prefix to the incoming number (based on the DID rule), so when they use that number to call back, it uses the outbound rule and calls using the correct number.
Hope this makes sense
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Dimitri
