Add volume for reccords

Hello,

I have a 3CX cloud hosted at OVH. I would like to add a disk / volume to increase the capacity for recordings.
So I added a disk (OVH instance volume) created and mounted a volume, created a directory. Everything is visible by 3CX




But when I select this directory the recordings don't work.

Permission problem? Any idea what I should put?

Check the permissions, owner and group of the old directory, they need to be the same (in my case it was phonesystem:phonesystem with 0755 permissions).
Plus, have you formatted the volume?

Yes I formatted, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to create a directory.
