Hi.
I am playing around with the 3CX software using the free edition.
Now when I add a DID (I got a test one from VirtualPhoneLine), and I have to add IP addresses of the originator.
I couldn't see where to put the IP addresses supplied from the DID provider so I set the source to Anywhere, but I get the following in 3CX logs:
[CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: '64.246.22.119'; From: '780089xxxx'; To: '101'; Rline: '101'; Contact: '780089xxxx'
The xxxx is just covering my mobile number!
I thought by setting the Source as anywhere the call should get through.
Advice appreciated.
Cheers
Ryan
