Adding Participants who only have landline phone into 3cx Audio conference

Hi ,

Can anyone advise how can a participant who only has a landline phone join a 3cx Audio conference ? The landline phone is just a normal analog phone.

Can 3cx be configured to call out to the number of the landline phone so that when answred, the participant will be in the conference ?

The caller has to call in as per the instructions in the email sent. It will not dial out

This feature only calls internal subscribers, it does not dial an outside phone number.

Ah, gotcha. In that case, I don't know of a native solution, although it's certainly possible to write on (you'll likely want someone like VOIPTools here)
