have a very simple small system that we use bulk.vs for calls and that works perfectly. however its been an absolute nightmare to get bulk to allow sms on the system. we only text myself, employees, and a few clients (that absolutely want us to text them, instead of calling). we're talking just a few texts a day if that. currently we have a cell phone that gets passed around the office to send the texts. what is irritating is when people who are working at home need to send a text, they have to send the message to the office to have them send the text on the cell phone. there's constantly a delay before the texts get sent, and every so often the text never gets sent as employees would assume the other sent it. it would be really nice for those at home to be able to just send the dang text themselves through the 3cx app.
is there a provider that I can use, thats fairly ez to use to setup sms?
pretty much done with bulk, though I understand they are just doing what they need to be compliant. I'm just hoping there's something else out there easier to work with and get it fixed. or does someone have a process they figured out to easily send basic small amounts of sms messages?
