Additional features via grandstream ATA

Hi,

i have grandstream ATA 4008 connected to the 3CX, extension is registred and inocming/outoging calls are working. What is not working is pick up call with dial codes (*20*), the phone is Siemens C590. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Also call transfer is not working, we tried with phone manual and grandstream ATA manual but nothing... caller is still on line...

Hi there,

Please edit your dial plan under profile 1 tab. Add this part into your dial plan {*xx*x+}

Then, your dial plan probably is { x+ | *x+ | *xx*x+ } after editing.

i get information to set this value and now call transfer works like a charm
