One of the new features in 12.3 is to be able to add just the company name into an Address Book entry. This is useful but the display and sorting order for the address book entries is a little messed up. For example, entries with only the company name appear at the top of the list above all the other entries. Entries with a first name and company name don't show the company name. Is there any way to control the display and sort order or can you make it so that it displays and sorts consistently? It's useful to be able to enter a main company number and numbers for individuals within each company have have them displayed and sorted so that they appear together.
Personally, I'd like to see the address book (in fact all the features) available in the larger window of the client so that you can either use the compact window or maximise to get the larger window showing multiple lists - including the dialler, call history and address book.
