Hi. We realized 3Cx-VTENext integration.
It works fine: the only problem is the syncronization when a VTENext Lead is converted to an Account or Contact because 3CX stores a copy of the personal data record in his address book and this is linked to the Lead contact that after conversion is transformed by VTENext in a new record of Account or Contact module (transformed means that Lead is deleted).
After Lead conversion 3CX will continue to show a non existent Lead Record when a call is incoming.
How can we solve this? It seems that the only available mode is to manually delete record from 3CX address book.
