How will setup email address and smtp in 3cx?

i will try TLS tomorow.i install telenet on client and server but dont connect any smtp mail server from cmd line. Any role missing in win 2008?

I can ping nearest mail server via cisco 1720 but cant telnet him. I suppose have problem in configuration with my cisco 1720 router , ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 to destination ip. Static route is Ok?
