Solved Adjusting voicemail lockout timer

Is there a way to adjust how long a user is locked out of their voicemail for if they type their pin in incorrectly? We have a customer that wants to lower the time from 15 minutes to around 2 minutes and I cannot find a setting to adjust in system parameters.

Please note that the voicemail lockout duration after incorrect PIN attempts is not configurable in the system parameters.
Am afraid that the default lockout time cannot be shortened or changed.
