Just completed a weekend migration from our Azure to new AWS Lightsail - v20 with backup restore. Ensured all updates installed, purges logs to tidy and took three backups pre-update. The install seems to have been completed fine. The 'Your 3CX is ready' complete login screen displays my colleague's email (she is an admin, and I'm the system owner) but assuming this is just picking any admin user. I can log in ok using my account (Microsoft SSO); however, I don't have the admin add option, not in the web client or PWA. We have admin IP restrictions which I assume have been migrated across in the backup restore, and I am on an allowed IP (and was accessing the old admin just a few minutes earlier). So in summary, the migration/install with restore seem to have completed OK - but I can't access admin!

There are 2 locations for allowing IPs "IP Blacklist" and "Console Restrictions". It could be that your not in under the latter. Have you tried another browser?

It seems post migration from Azure to AWS, it's favouring IPv6 - gained access via an ipv4 connection and added the IPv6 addresses to the whitelist.
