1. Is there a way to check Admin access login date and time and from what IP?

Please note that there is no such log included in the 3CX PBX currently. You could post this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.

If you have the admin's use their extensions to login to the 3CX Management Portal, you can enable the email alerts that will notify you when that extension logs in and out and the email will give you the time frame. Example of our email notifications for logins are below. It does show the IP that they have accessed the 3CX Management Portal from.
