Admin API to manage basic functions

Is there any API aviable so I can (as admin) control basic functions - eg change users statuses / frowarding rules / log-in/out etc

I know I can more or less manage that via web console but I need implement some automations (scripts) eg to read who is log out from queue and log in that person back (based on some criteria)

Hi @Parslej,

There is no such API offered by 3CX currently. A 3CX partner who scripts may be able to write you something custom but bear in mind, it won't be supported.

It will be interesting to see what is possible with the announced REST API from 3CX. It's been pretty quiet since the original announcement, but your requests seem to fit what I would expect from the 3CX API. Naturally, the existing 3CX Call Control API can do everything you need, but the documentation has been withdrawn (presumably in preparation for the new API). In the meantime, we have a REST API that can do these type of things if you can't wait to see what 3CX delivers. Rumor is the REST API will be made available around the same time as SP1 or SP2, but we have not heard much for quite a while...
