Admin section only showing "Reports"

I am an admin, but the Admin section only showing "Reports"
Anyone else have this happen?

Hi, could you please share the exact role that you are using with the extension, also is this pbx in MCM or dedicated?

I am driving right now, but I noticed on my desktop computer it's fine. Fine. So it must be a computer issue, not displaying everything or something. I'll update when I can verify it

Please review the role permissions document that I sent you and make sure you are using the correct role in your extension.

Delete your browser cache and give it a try.

Hello,

It is likely that you have Console IP Restrictions enabled (or a non admin role user), and in your user "View" setup have the Recordings & Reports checked for at least one department. This will show the Admin > Reports option and nothing else (Update 10 feature).
