Admins: why can't I post to Ideas?

I seem to be able to post to other fora, but not to the Ideas one. Thanks

I thought that anyone could post on the idea's site however I know that there is/was a change to forums recently in regards an addition of a Gold, Platinum and Titanium partners only area, perhaps they changed the ideas site to this status also - this is just a guess however.
